Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Original receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on sale or clearance

  • Items damaged due to misuse or washing

  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design issues, subject to availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear pictures.

Shipping Charges

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

  • Cash refunds are not offered.
